Store Rules
1. Store Terms of Service
1.1 acc-shop.su guarantees:
1.2 Functionality of the account at the time of purchase (if rules are followed);
1.3 Exclusive sale — one buyer per account;
1.4 Replacement of non-working accounts caused by the store or suppliers (deleted account, wrong credentials, wrong description, pre-login ban);
1.5 Support replies within 24 hours;
1.6 No warranty if rules in Section 3 are violated;
1.7 No warranty if the buyer takes actions in the account post-login;
1.8 No warranty or support if buyer uses offensive language.
2. Account Purchase Requirements
2.1 Buyer must read and understand the rules;
2.2 Payment confirms acceptance of these rules;
2.3 Buyer must read product descriptions carefully;
2.4 Buy only the number of accounts you can use immediately;
2.5 Accounts bought by mistake are non-refundable and non-exchangeable;
2.6 Buyer must change all passwords after purchase and is fully responsible for the accounts.
3. Account Usage Requirements
3.1 Use only trusted private proxies;
3.2 Do not use dynamic IP addresses;
3.3 Do not use VPN services;
3.4 Public/shared/IPv6 proxies are prohibited;
3.5 Do not use one private proxy for multiple accounts;
3.6 Switch device fingerprints (User-Agent, cookies, plugins, cache) between accounts;
3.7 Virtual machines, emulators, VPS/VDS are not allowed;
3.8 Do not use your home/local IP for working with accounts.
4. General Rules
4.1 Spamming support with repeated questions is forbidden (see 1.4);
4.2 You may ping support once per day during GMT+5 daytime hours;
4.3 Do not rush support or use profanity (1st time — warning; 2nd time — service denial);
4.4 By purchasing, you agree to receive informational messages from the store.
5. The Store Does Not Guarantee or Provide:
5.1 Protection against hacking, theft, password guessing, etc.;
5.2 Storage of products (delivery is immediate upon payment);
5.3 Responses to people who are not store customers;
5.4 Training or assistance with accounts, proxies, or software.
6. Refund Policy and Conditions
6.1 Refunds are possible only if the issue is caused by the store (e.g., product not working, banned account, incorrect data, double sale);
6.2 Refund request must be submitted within 24 hours after purchase;
6.3 Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval;
6.4 Refunds accepted only through official support:

6.5 Refund request must include:
Order number;
Screenshot or video proof;
Clear reason;
Respectful communication (see 4.3).
6.6 Refunds are made only to the original payment method;
6.7 No refunds if:
Buyer violated usage rules (Section 3);
Account was used;
Wrong product was purchased (see 2.5);
Buyer was offensive (see 1.8, 4.3).
